No Longer Walking With a Limp

–“My great granddaughter lives in Seattle and she was having her first birthday. And we were so anxious to go and want to be with her,” Esther Gore recounts. “And about a few days before time to go, I got this awful pain in my hip, my right side. The pain was like something with a sharp point on it. It felt like it had spurs coming out on it. It was so painful, I even walked with a limp. And when I sat down, I’d have to either sit on a pillow or sit half way on one side to stay off of it. On a scale of one to ten, this pain was a ten –or eleven.”
“I was praying of course for a healing because I knew that I couldn’t go to Seattle sitting on this painful spur. And I claimed Psalms 91, ‘None of these plagues,’ and to me that was a plague ‘will come nigh our dwelling.’ So I just believed God.”
“And one day I had the 700 Club on, my husband and I were sitting watching it. And I had to get up and walk out of the room for a minute, and I come back in and he was standing in front of the TV, watching Gordon, praying,” ‘Someone with a right hip condition. You’re walking with a limp now. God is able to take away all the spurs…’
“I knew that was for me and so did my husband, both of us knew it was mine… MINE. As I put my hand on that point of contact there of where it was hurting, I believe that God took care of that pain and it left immediately, like it just left my body. That whole big spur was gone, and I haven’t had any pain since.”
“We went up and enjoyed our visit with our family and the baby, and I told everyone what God had done and how He healed me.”
“Healing is for everyone that wants it. God is not a respecter of persons. He’s a very loving God and He cares about you as a human being and a person. One person! If you have a pain or if you have a sickness or an affliction of any kind, you pray and believe, and He’s going to hear you.”
