The Brody File had a camera today at Rudy Giuliani's press conference in Washington DC today. Watch above as he talks about the type of judges he will appoint. Rudy's campaign knows they MUST play this angle up if they're to have any shot at social conservatives in the south. The mantra from Rudy's camp: "It's all about the judiciary! Rudy won't let you down." The thinking here is that the President can only do so much in the fight against abortion and marriage. The real culture war is in the courts, especially at the state level.
