CBNNews.com - Four would-be terrorists with ties to a radical Islamic group in the Caribbean cased JFK Airport and took video of the fuel tanks and lines they allegedly hoped to blow up.

The plot was announced by federal authorities on Saturday.
'One of the Most Chilling Plots Imaginable'
The devastation that would be caused had this plot succeeded is just unthinkable," U.S. Attorney Roslynn R. Mauskopf said at a news conference, calling it "one of the most chilling plots imaginable."
Now once again, New Yorkers cannot help but feel their city has a big bull's-eye drawn on it.
"New York unfortunately is the number one target of terror -- both international and homegrown," Sen. Charles Schumer said.
"It had the potential to be another 9/11," Sen. Arlen Specter added.
Plot Foiled by Drug Dealer
Just as in the plot to machine-gun massacre troops at Fort Dix, an informant is at the heart of breaking up this alleged terrorist attack.
The informant went on overseas trips with the plotters to drum up aid and backing and helped them spy out parts of the airport they could target.
His information proved invaluable, FBI officials said.
The FBI's spy is a twice-convicted drug dealer whose latest sentence is being put off while he cooperates with the feds on this case.
The alleged plotters apparently have ties to an Islamic terror group, Jamaat al-Muslimeen, that once launched a coup attempt in the nation of Trinidad.
None have known ties to al Qaeda, but they may have been inspired by its leaders.
FBI Assistant Directory John Miller told ABC News' This Week, "They pump out an awful lot of propaganda aimed at getting those who they think can find the wherewithal to act on their own to do that."
