Hutus & Tutsis at War...again?

I just found this great article about the dangers of the Hutus and Tutsis (maybe even the Congo and Rwanda) going back to war again. This is disturbing news. Definitely cause to pray and ponder what might be done to stop this.
I know Rick Warren's Saddleback has pretty much adopted Rwanda as a country they are focusing on. Wonder how this might effect their ministry?
