"It's about eleven o'clock on a Thursday night. We've just returned from a psychological operations mission where we flew in Blackhawk helicopters over several different villages dropping leaflets with a number on them encouraging villagers to call that number if they know where a weapons cache or a group of Al Qaeda is. We're hoping these villagers will stand-up and take over their neighborhoods, with the American's help, and take back their country so that we can go home."
