CBNNews.com - A Kassam rocket fired by Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip landed close to a factory in an industrial park in the coastal city of Ashkelon.
Islamic Jihad's al-Quds Brigades, affiliated with Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah faction, claimed responsibility for the attack.
A spokesman for the al-Quds Brigades told
YNet news service they'd fired a longer-range
al-Quds rocket.
Earlier Sunday, three Kasams fired by Gaza-based Palestinians landed in open areas in the western Negev. No injuries or property damage was reported from those attacks.
Later Sunday, another Kassam exploded near a kibbutz in the Sha'ar Hanegev regional council.
