CBNNews.com - Two Palestinian brothers, charged with murdering Israeli Ido Zoldan in a drive-by shooting in November, were indicted at the Samaria Military Court Monday.
The trial should be on the docket in late February.
On November 19, 2007, brothers Abdullah and Jafar Braham, both Palestinian police officers, hid by the side of the road, waiting to open fire on passengers in cars with Israeli tags.
According to the indictment, their first intended victim escaped when their rifle jammed. They fixed the problem and waited for another car, which they followed, cut off and opened fire on the driver.
Zoldan, a resident of Kedumim, died of bullet wounds to his neck and chest. He is survived by his wife, Tehila, son Aharon, three, and daughter, Rachel, one.
Fadi Jamaa, the third terrorist involved the attack, turned himself in to Palestinian security forces. He was not indicted with the two brothers.
