McCain and Patriotism

John McCain and his campaign know one thing for sure. No Republican candidate can challenge him on his patriotism and service to this country. And you know McCain is going to ride that baby as far as he can.
If Dick Vitale was McCain's campaign manager, he'd be in strategy sessions saying, "Patriotism, baby, yeah, baby, POW hero, baby, that's what I'm talkin' about. Take it to the rack!"
Here's some proof positive of that. John McCain is up on Florida TV with this ad. Watch it here.
The ad is very effective. It shows up McCain's strength, integrity and love of country. When you watch it, you get a sense that he "deserves" to be President for all he has sacrificed for this country. If voters take away those impressions, he'll be tough to beat in Florida. Remember, it's an older voting electorate down there. That has got to help McCain.
