Palestinian Snipers Target Farmers

CBNNews.com - Palestinian snipers opened fire again on farmers at Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha, the same place where a volunteer from Ecuador was shot dead last week.
Before 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, Palestinians fired three Kassam rocket barrages that landed in open areas just outside the city limits of Sderot, while the city's children were on their way to school.
Meanwhile, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak told participants at the annual Herzliya Conference that Israel must keep up the pressure on Gaza.
"We must use more and more pressure on Gaza," Barak said. "What is important is the safety of the residents of the western Negev and Sderot," he said, adding that he cared more about "our quiet than their quiet."
On Thursday, Barak ordered a full closure of the Gaza border crossings. But yielding to international pressure, Barak allowed a one-time shipment of diesel fuel to Gaza Tuesday.
