Coach to Take Prayer Case to Supreme Court

CBNNews.com - A New Jersey appeals court ruled Tuesday that highschool football coach Marcus Borden could not participate in prayer with his team before games.
The ruling stated that a school district policy prevents faculty members from taking part in school prayer.
Borden's lawyer, however, believes the policy is too vague to uphold in court, and his case should be seen in the Supreme Court.
