Tom Leppert is the new mayor of Dallas.

In June of last year, Leppert was elected as an overwhelming underdog in the face of a popular gay candidate in a Democratic-controlled city.

Mayor, but then candidate, Tom Leppert was sitting on the front row of the GDOP event at Reunion Arena. He appreciates prayer and the impact it is having on his city.
