Tough Road Ahead for Kenyan Refugees

CBNNews.com - Refugees from Kenya's ethnic clashes earlier this year still face an uphill battle.
The government said Thursday that all refugees should be home within a month, but tribal tensions continue to simmer and many fear for their safety, and wonder how they will rebuild their lives.
"You must remember that those refugees lost every house that they had," Bishop Jefferson Nyatuka said. "They lost their animals, the cows, the things in the garden, so trying to force them back without food - that does not help them much."
More than a quarter million Kenyans abandoned their homes and 1,200 were killed during the ethnic fighting.
