CWN.org - On the Global Day of Prayer millions of Christians in 201 nations lifted their voice in one accord.

Alpha-Omega TV in Romania, sent video from Bucharest, where hundreds of believers prayed in Liberty Park.

Local pastors and ministry leaders prayed for unity, revival and the peace of Jerusalem in a meeting that went for 10 hours.

Alpha-Omega reported that thousands of believers in churches across the nation took part in the day of prayer.

In Tapei, Taiwan, Good-TV reported thousands of Christians gathered in front of the presidential offices to seek God's blessing on a new administration.

The newly elected vice president spoke of how the power of prayer changed his life.

The theme of the rally was 'From Taiwan to Zion,' a reflection of the church's desire to send missionaries to preach the gospel in Jerusalem.

Also in Buenos Aires, Argentina, churches started early, interceding for their country every day in the week before the Global Day of Prayer.

On the big day, believers gathered in eight parts of the city to pray.
