CBNNew.com - GAZA STRIP - The Hamas terror group, the Palestinian faction that took control of the Gaza Strip a year ago, continues its campaign against Arab Christian residents.
On Saturday, Palestinian gunmen assaulted the security guards at the al-Manara Christian school, run by the Baptist church, stole a bus and threatened the school's director.
The incident is the latest in a series of assaults on Gaza Christians. Last month, Islamic terrorists detonated a bomb at the Rahabat al-Wardia school, run by nuns, in Gaza City.
Two days later, another bomb destroyed a fast-food restaurant in central Gaza City near the al-Quds University.
In January, Palestinian terrorists attacked the International School in Beit Lahiya twice, torching school vehicles and stealing equipment.
In February, a bomb heavily damaged the YMCA library in Gaza City.
Last October, Islamic terrorists murdered Rami Ayad, an Arab Christian who worked at the Palestinian Bible Society. Awad left a pregnant wife and two young children.
In each incident, Hamas spokesmen condemned the attack, but no one has been arrested and the attacks are increasing.
