CBNNews.com - Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia says highly controversial issues like abortion and suicide rights have nothing to do with the constitution. He said unelected judges too often choose to find new rights at the expense of the democratic process.

In a speech Saturday, Scalia said the high court should never have decided the abortion issue. "There's nothing in the constitution on abortion for either side." He added that the same applies to cases involving assisted suicide.
