The U.S. Supreme Court has dismissed two more cases questioning President-elect Barack Obama's citizenship.

One case was an appeal filed by Democrat Philip Berg, the former deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania.

Berg claims Obama was really born in Kenya, and therefore ineligible to be president. But officials in Hawaii say Obama was born there.

Justice Anthony Kennedy dismissed both cases without comment.
