Dr. Laura: At-Home Mothers Job Important

Ad Feedback

For the last two decades, working mothers have been trading the career track for the mommy track, leaving the office behind and choosing to be stay-at-home moms.

But can these go-getters really find fulfillment by leaving the workplace and becoming homemakers? And in the current economic climate, is this choice even feasible?

Talk show host and best-selling author Dr. Laura Schlessinger helps women answer those tough questions. She says being an at-home mother is the most important job there is, one that requires incredible sacrifice, but provides tremendous satisfaction in return.

In her new book, In Praise of Stay at Home Moms, Schlessinger pays tribute to moms who decide to stay at home, nurture their kids, and focus on their families.
