HGTV "Fixer Upper" stars Chip and Joanna Gaines have an eye for design and home decor. But it is their love for each other that really stole the show in the latest "I Am Second" testimonial.

I Am Second is a movement meant to inspire people of all backgrounds and faiths to live for God and others. These stories feature normal people in every day life, whether it be actors, musicians, drug addicts, or business leaders.

The couple's love for each other, despite their differences, inspires viewers to love others.

"If you give Chip a boundary, he's going to break that boundary. If you give him a rule, he's not going to follow it. And if you tell him, 'You can't go past this line,' he'll put his toe over it," Joanna said of her husband. "I like safety. I like knowing what's coming. I don't want to be surprised. I don't know if we would have dated in college if we would have known each other."

Joanna believes that were not for Chip's natural sense of adventure, she would not be where she is today.

"If I didn't have Chip Gaines in my life, I'd still be dreaming in my head but not acting it out," she admits.

Joanna says it was Chip who encouraged her to take their home renovation business to the next level by turning it into a show on HGTV. Now, their show "Fixer Upper" is the most popular show on the network with more than 20 million viewers.

Although the couple loves to take risks, Chip says its Joanna's "wallflower" spirit that made him the man he is today.

"I think that's one of the reasons that I love her like I do," Chip said. "I feel like she knows me in a way that has caused me to stop acting. I feel like I've been an actor, I've been a character my whole life. I've always tried to prove something to someone."
