MRC's Brent Bozell talks more about the DNC's email scandal

With thousands of leaked private emails now public, new details are emerging about corruption within the Democratic National Committee.

Bernie Sanders and DNC favoritism of his presidential primary opponent Hilary Clinton is just one story to come out of the leaks.

Another, perhaps less publicized, is Clinton and the DNC's close and seemingly manipulative relationship with the media.

One email revealed a Politico reporter sent an article to the DNC before he sent it to his editors. The article looked into Clinton and the DNC's fundraising methods.

Another email revealed The Washington Post held an "unlisted" fundraiser with the DNC.

"We have maintained for years that the press was an offshoot of the DNC," Media Research Center founder and president Brent Bozell. "That was kind a rhetorical statement but it turns out it's true."

His organization is a watchdog non-profit that aims to blow the whistle on left wing media bias.

The non-profit is making its presence known at both party conventions. Billboards and signs denouncing the media's partiality toward the DNC and Clinton are prominently on display in Cleveland and Philadelphia.

Roughly 20,000 DNC emails were leaked and journalists are still pouring through them.

"There are going to be more and more things coming out. The question is, what will you see on the network news?" Bozell asked. "You'll see next to nothing."
