ACLJ Wants Presidential Candidates to Address Christian Genocide

The American Center for Law and Justice reports that it sent legal letters to the presidential candidates Monday "to put them on record" when it comes to addressing the genocide of Christians.

The ACLJ continues its fight to protect Christians and other religious minorities targeted for genocide by ISIS.

"Christians are being massacred at horrific rates. They are burned alive, beheaded, and crucified for their faith," wrote ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow in an email. "Now ISIS (the Islamic State) is using chemical weapons."

In addition, the ACLJ wants the presidential candidates to address the issue in Monday night's debate.

"We've directly asked the debate moderator to raise the biggest issue facing Christians worldwide in tonight's debate," Sekulow wrote.
