Al-Arian Walks, Fallacci Stands Strong

A federal jury on Tuesday found former University of South Florida professor Sami Al-Arian not guilty. Palestinian Islamic JIhad is the terrorist group whose North American branch Al-Arian was accused of heading. The verdict is an absolute travesty of justice and a devastating blow to the U.S. government in its attempts to prosecute terror suspects. See more on Al-Arian's nefarious background here.
