Court Rules Against German Family

CBNNews.com -- A German homeschooling family has lost another round in court.
Monday, CBN News told you about the Busekros family. German police took away their 15-year-old daughter in a swat-style raid last month.
Melissa was given a psychiatric evaluation and diagnosed with something authorities called, "school phobia." She was placed in a mental hospital, then sent to a foster home.
An appeals court upheld a lower court opinion on Monday that Melissa should remain in state custody.
The court also indicated that the girl's parents should undergo psychiatric evaluations themselves.
The family is worried that the tests will be used as a pre-text to remove the other five children from the home and break up the family.
