Bible's Influence to be Taught in School

CBNNews.com -- A textbook designed for teaching the Bible in public schools is making its way into school districts, and even to the cover of Time magazine.
The book is called The Bible And Its Influence.
Watch Sheila Weber, Vice President of the Bible Literacy Project, the company that prints the textbook, The Bible And Its Influence on CBN's Newswatch.
Time reports they're joining in on a national trend -- one that already spans 37 states and 460 school districts.
The Bible classes will not be required.
And the state says the courses must be taught in "an objective and non-devotional manner with no attempt to indoctrinate students."
