This is when you throw out your partisan views and you say a prayer. How about a few prayers?
Let's be honest here. Ted Kennedy is a giant in American politics. Whether you think he's a liberal whose policies were bad for America, or whether you think he's a hero, the bottom line is that he's a force in, not just the Senate, but throughout history.
When he endorsed Barack Obama, that was a key moment. Why?
Yes, he has the Kenedy name, but he's so well respected by his collegues that certain endorsements matter more than others. His endorsement meant the world to Obama.
My prayer is for his well being, his family, his spiritual walk and peace of mind.
