Even 52 percent of those who calls themselves Christians say there is more than one way to Heaven -- even though the Bible says Jesus proclaimed himself the only way to God. The information comes from a new survey from the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life.
USA Today reports the survey also found that 29 percent of self- proclaimed Christians believe they are saved by their good actions.
The research found that 30 percent say salvation is through belief in Jesus, God or a higher power alone.
Ten percent say salvation is found through a combination of behavior and belief.
