Pain Pain Go Away

The Fetal Pain bill went down to defeat in the House of Representatives. This is the pro-life bill that would have required doctors to inform a woman who is seeking an abortion at the 20 week time frame that the her unborn child will feel pain. She would be given a brochure and it would require that the woman sign a consent form indicating that she has received the information and indicating whether or not she has requested anesthesia for the unborn child.

Pelosi on Iraq Study Group

Out of all the politicians spinning their way through the Iraq Study Group report, I really wanted to hear what Speaker to be Nancy Pelosi had to say. I’ve received a transcript of her comments at an earlier press briefing today. The reason I’m curious is because she’s anti-war and wants an immediate troop pullout.
