North Korea's recent nuclear weapons testing drew harsh criticism from around the world and lead to even more U.N. sanctions on the country.

However, Suzanne Scholte of the North Korea Freedom Coalition says increased sanctions for North Korea will likely have little impact "as long as China continues to bail out this regime."
