Whether it's terrorist attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah or threats of destruction by the Iranian regime, much of the news that comes out of Israel today is negative.
But anyone who has been to the country knows there is much more to Israel than what is normally reported.
One great example is the Yemin Orde Youth Village. It's home to more than 500 children from all over the world. Many of them come from dysfunctional families and about 20 percent are orphans.
Although the village's main mission is to help settle disadvantaged Jewish children in Israel, non-Jews are also taken in.
CBN News spoke with longtime director of Yemin Orde, Chaim Peri, about this uplifting story.
