Anti-Jihad Conference Coming to Las Vegas

Are you sick of our media and goverment elites assuring you---after each and every bloody new terrorist atrocity carried out by Islamic fascists--that Islam is really a religion of peace? Are you fed up with being called an "Islamophobe" simply because you've dared take umbrage with the unyielding string of maimings, riots, murder, and general chaos visited upon the world by Muslim extremists since 1979?

What about the U.N.'s continued impotence in the face of the growing Islamist threat, epitomized by the worldwide dithering over Iran's rapidly advancing nuclear program? Perhaps you're disgusted by "multicultural" Europe's near surrender to radical Islam and open hatred of Israel. I don't know about you, but I'm beyond fed up with all of the above.

That's why I strongly urge you to head to Las Vegas on November 10 and 11. Forget blackjack tables and Wayne Newton. This is the real deal: a conference dedicated to understanding the threat of radical Islamist terrorism and devising a plan to defeat it. Better still, it's open to the general public. Anyone can attend, from Joe Sixpack to Grandma Betty. This is a rare opportunity, to say the least.

Organized by my friend Jeff Epstein of the anti-jihad America's Truth Forum, the symposium will play host to a number of first-rate speakers, including:

-Hamid Mir: The only journalist to have interviewed Osama bin Laden and Ayman al Zawahri since the 9/11 attacks.

-Robert Spencer: Director of Jihad Watch.com and author of the New York Times bestsellers, The Truth About Mohammed and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades).

-Walid Shoebat: As a former member of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, Shoebat participated in acts of terror and violence against Israel. He has since become a devout Christian and pro-Israel advocate.

-Jim Gilchrist: Founder of the Minuteman Project, dedicated to protecting Amerca's borders.

John O'Neill: Co-founder and spokesman for Swift Boat Veterans and POWs for Truth.

These are just a few of the brave and distinguished experts who'll be at the event. I attended the first of these symposiums, in Washington, D.C. in April. It was a truly memorable experience where I had the privilege to exchange ideas with some of the world's foremost experts on Islamic terrorism and jihad.

The true beauty of the event was the number of average Americans who turned out to hear and converse with the experts, simply because they a) felt it was their patriotic duty and b) wanted to learn more about the greatest threat to ever face America (yes, even greater than Soviet communism and Nazi fascism).
