The American evangelist died last week after suffering a heart attack. He was 73.

Falwell was the founder and chancellor of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. More than 10,000 people attended his funeral at the Thomas Road Baptist Church this week.

Falwell was remembered by friends and family as a man who stood up for what he believed.

Franklin Graham Led Greater Hampton Roads Festival Last Weekend

Franklin Graham wrapped up his Greater Hampton Roads Festival in Norfolk, Va. last weekend.

More than 500 churches banded together to bring the weekend extravaganza of music and a clear presentation of the Gospel.

Nearly 1,000 people dedicated their lives to Jesus Christ during the three day festival.

Bible Considered 'Decent' in Hong Kong

A plan to give the Bible an "indecent" rating won't go through in Hong Kong.

Government regulators received more than 2,000 complaints from Internet users who said the Bible should be rated indecent because of its sexual and violent content.

The government responded by saying the Bible has not violated any standards of morality or decency and is a religious text that is part of civilization.

Sunday Marks Global Day of Prayer

May 27 is the Global Day of Prayer. At least 200 million Christians around the world are expected to join in prayer for the nations.

This year, for the first time, all 54 countries in Africa will be participating.

One of the GDOP organizers in Egypt says Christians there will be praying for peace and changed lives throughout the Middle East...

"This is like, we're humble," said Milad Botros Melek, GDOP organizer. "We say we couldn't do this without you, God. Come. We need it my brother, we need it my sister, we need it my neighbor to come to you and the only way to make this is by prayer. This is the reason we are praying."
