Less than a month ago, President Obama called bank executives' pay, "obscene". But now he's saying he doesn't, "Begrudge people success or wealth."

Obama tells Bloomberg Business News that bonuses up to $17 million are "part of the free market system." He added that some baseball players make more than that.

Wall Street has been switching much of its campaign contributions from the Democrats to Republicans. In part, because of Obama's attacks, and his plans for new regulations.

However, the White House says the president has not really changed his view of bankers.
