Every year, Forbes Magazine reviews the 200 largest charities in America. This year, they named Operation Blessing International as the sixth most efficient charity in the country.

Forbes uses different financial methods to determine a charity's effectiveness.The magazine selected the 10 that gave their donors the most bang for their charity buck.

"Operation Blessing is quite efficient, distributing nearly $500 million of donated goods around the world," Forbes wrote.
