New figures tell a mixed story about America's economic recovery.
On one hand, fewer homeowners are falling behind on their mortgages. In the third quarter, the percentage of those who were at least two months behind fell to 4.09 percent. The figure was 4.32 percent in the second quarter.
At the same time, The Daily Caller reports the number of Americans dropping out of the work force has climbed to a record high of 91,541,000.
These 91.5 million people are those who have stopped looking for work altogether.
Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics indicates 932,000 of them dropped out of the labor force just last month.
