Although hiring across America was up in February, the unemployment rate also rose slightly, according to new figures from the Labor Department.

Friday's jobs report shows employers added 175,000 jobs last month. That was more than expected, especially considering the brutal weather that's been plaguing much of the country.

Meanwhile, the unemployment rate rose to 6.7, up from a five-year low of 6.6 percent in January.

Experts said the increase in unemployment is likely do to more people looking for jobs.
