Americans Admit They're Sleepy

Ad Feedback

Most Americans aren't getting enough sleep, a new survey said.

The Centers for Disease Control found that 70 percent of adults admitted they were not getting the seven to nine hours of sleep that are recommended.

Many adults are getting less than six hours of sleep.

Some people blame it on their jobs, but experts say too little sleep can lead to health problems.

Most agree lifestyle choices like watching TV and consuming too much caffeine are contributing to the problem.
