As the world marks the 150th anniversary of Charles Darwin's The Origin of the Species, a new film seeks to debunk his theory on evolution.
Doug Phillips is the executive producer of the documentary called The Mysterious Islands.
As its name suggests, the film was shot in the Galapagos Islands, the place Darwin visited in 1835.
"When he reached the Galapagos Islands, Darwin was already settled in his mind on a number of important issues," Phillips told WND.
"He had become very much a cynic and a skeptic of Christianity and the Bible," he explained. "In his autobiography he specifically said that he viewed the Bible as a book of mythology that was closer to the history that would come from 'barbarians' than actual truth."
Now the question remains -- is the Galapagos really a laboratory of evolution, or a glorious testimony of God's creation? Click play for Phillips' answer.
The Mysterious Islands will be premiering in various cities across the U.S. For more information visit VisionForum.com.
