Study: Multivitamins Do Not Prevent Cancer

Doctors say it's best to get nutrients from food rather than supplements.

But experts say the study does not necessarily show that multivitamins are useless.

Nutritionists say multi-vitamin supplements may still be helpful for people with poor eating habits.
