Sleep-deprivation, Obesity Linked in Kids, Teens

Obesity in kids and teens is directly linked to being sleep deprived, according to a new study published in Science Daily.

The study shows American young people drink too much caffeine and use technology for too many hours a day.

And that leads to trouble sleeping.

Research shows not getting enough shut-eye combined with these other factors greatly impacts kid's overall health.

It can lead to psychosocial and academic problems.
