Study: Exercise May Reduce Breast Cancer Risk

Ad Feedback

A new study shows that exercise for over an hour may reduce the risk of breast cancer for women over 30-years-old.

Reuters reports that in the study, women were asked to recall their exercise levels during certain stages in their lives, with the stages ranging between the ages of ten to 50 years and older.

The risk for breast cancer did not change with exercise levels between ages 10 and 30.

But researchers found women above age 30 cut their chances if they were more active.
