Surfing the Internet Keeps Your Brain 'Young'

Using the Internet can help keep your brain "young," according to a new study by the University of California.

Researchers found that older adults between 55 and 78 who began surfing the Web improved their brain function after only a few days.

They say using the Internet is interactive and that stimulates more activity in the part of the brain that makes decisions.

Doctors say engaging in cognitive activities might be a way to protect against dementia.
