Hurricane Danielle has now become a Category 4 storm far out in the Atlantic with winds nearing 135 miles per hour as it heads in Bermuda's direction.
Forecasters say the storm could get even stronger.
Danielle is 545 miles southeast of Bermuda, but it is expected to pass east of the island on Saturday. Large waves and dangerous surf conditions were expected in Bermuda over the next few days, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said.
Swells from the storm are expected to reach East Coast beaches on Saturday and will likely generate dangerous rip currents through the weekend.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Earl is expected to become a hurricane this weekend.
Forecasters say it's still too soon to track where the storm is headed.
