This winter has been one of the harshest on record. Most of the country have never seen winter weather like it.
A number of massive snowstorms hit the Midwest and Northeast and the storms were followed by cold Arctic air that caused temperatures in some regions to plunge to new lows.
One long-range forecaster says don't hang up your winter coat just yet.
