A 10-year-old boy is crediting the power of prayer after he survived brain cancer.
Doctors recently diagnosed Evan Sharp of Omaha, Neb., with a rare brain tumor. They gave him a 10-15 percent chance of survival.
But after seven weeks of radiation, chemotherapy, and trips to Colorado for experimental treatment, doctors say the tumor is gone.
Evan is back to living a normal life. He even plays baseball with his friends. The boy credits prayer with helping him beat cancer.
"If you do get this type of cancer, or any type of cancer, just hope and pray it doesn't come back. That's what I did and it worked," he said.
In June, Evan will travel to Colorado for a check-up.
