More Colo. Newborns Exposed to Pot in the Womb

Since marijuana became legal in Colorado, health experts at Children's Hospital Colorado report they're finding more newborns have been exposed to pot - both in the womb and through breastfeeding.

They say they don't have specific numbers, but they're seeing more babies born to marijuana-smoking mothers.

Doctors say it definitely has an effect upon child development when it comes to their learning, behavior, attention and impulsivity.

What are the long-term problems for teens that smoke marijuana? Dr. Linda Mintle, chair of the Division of Behavioral Health at Liberty University's College of Osteopathic Medicine, answers this and more.
