The weapons warehouse in Jabaliya in northern Gaza and the explosives manufacturing facility in Khan Younis in southern Gaza were heavily damaged, but no injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, Palestinians in northern Gaza fired five mortar shells at western Negev communities during the night and four Kassams early Thursday morning.
On Wednesday, Palestinians fired 24 Kassam rockets and a mortar shell on southern Israeli communities, injuring several people and damaging vehicles in a shopping center parking lot and the adjacent supermarket.
Two people were treated for shrapnel wounds, four for hearing damage and seven others for shock.
