CBNNews.com - An estimated 1,000 Lebanese supporters of the Hezbollah terror group staged a rally Sunday to protest Israel's operations in the Gaza Strip.

The demonstration took place near the Fatima Gate in the Lebanese Village of Kfar Kila, with Israel Defense Forces (IDF) outposts in view across the border.

Demonstrators chanted "Death to Israel" and carried posters that read, "The blood of our sons in Palestine will not be in vain."

Meanwhile, Egyptian police reported that university students throughout the country demonstrated against Israel, calling on Arab leaders to support the Palestinians and unite to stop Israel's Gaza operation.

According to The Associated Press, protesters chanted anti-Israel and anti-American slogans while burning both countries' flags.
