JERUSALEM, Israel - The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court indicted a resident of the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Jebl Mukaber for planning to carry out terror attacks on Israelis.
The indictment charges 28-year-old Hadad Ja'abis, a friend of the late Kassem Mughrabi, who was killed two weeks ago when he drove his BMW into a group of Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers near Jerusalem's Old City.
According to the charges, Ja'abis talked with Mughrabi's family about purchasing a weapon "to murder Jews" either in Neve Ya'akov, a suburb of Jerusalem, or at the city's Haas Promenade in Armon Hanatziv.
