BEIRUT, Lebanon - Hezbollah spiritual leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah survived a poisoning attempt, Almalaf, an Iraqi Web site, reported.
Fifteen Iranian doctors were flown in a special military aircraft, which arrived in Beirut at 11:00 p.m. Sunday evening to treat Nasrallah, who was in critical condition for several days, according to the report.
Sources cited on Almalaf said Nasrallah is still not feeling well and blamed Israel for the attempted poisoning.
But the sheikh's close associates said the report was fabricated and Nasrallah was perfectly fine, though they hadn't seen him for a little over a week.
