Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton says Israel is running out of time to stop an Iranian nuclear power plant.
In just a few days, Iran will have enough uranium to operate its Bushehr nuclear reactor. After that, a military strike on the facility is out of the question because an explosion would spread radiation into the population, Bolton told Foxnews.com Tuesday.
"Iran will have achieved something that no other opponent of Israel, no other enemy of the United States really in the Middle East has, and that is a functioning nuclear reactor," Bolton said during an appearance on the Fox Business Network.

The Russian government has been actively aiding Tehran in its nuclear endeavors. Russia is expected to ship and load uranium fuel into the plant Saturday in open defiance of U.S. sanctions.
While it's widely believed Iran is trying to obtain enough fuel to build a nuclear weapon, the Iranian government claims its nuclear ambitions are for peaceful energy purposes only.
