Israel will use airbases in Azerbaijan in order to attack Iran's nuclear facilities, according to an article in Foreign Policy magazine.
Azerbaijan borders Iran and would make any military strike much easier because Israeli jets wouldn't need permission to fly over other Middle East nations.
Quoting "senior U.S. officials," the article said the Obama administration is unhappy about the relationship between Israel and Azerbaijan.
"We're watching what Iran does closely," one of the U.S. sources was quoted in the article. "But we're now watching what Israel is doing in Azerbaijan. And we're not happy about."
Former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton told Fox News he believes the Obama administration is coordinating the leaks in order to stop Israel from attacking Iran.
